Friday Sketchers Challenge
First challenge card in while! I have done the Friday sketchers challenge . I have used PM creative tones papers and some victorian themed free papers from a craft mag! I have edged the papers in peony ink and used the same to stamp matching flowers and scrolls using PM stamps. I have used a Forever Friends stamp with heart for the main image, and handcut the stamped flowers and added some stones. I hope you like my card!

Wedding Invitations
I have been a bit distant in blogging of late, and haven't really had the chance to do any challenges either! Here is the reason. I have been making some wedding invites for the daughter of a friend at work. She wanted something very simple, with a bow on. Having given her initial embellishment examples, we decided upon this design. I have cut the silver mirror card and the weave finish white card on the cricut machine. The bow is stamped and embossed in silver ink, and then mounted onto the mirror card using foam squares - I had a really hard time finding this stamp too! The only thing I have left to do now is the inserts for inside. I am awaiting the bride to make a decision as to the wording, as the wedding is to be hosted by the bride and groom, I would welcome your comments. I got the invitations, hammered effect white card with silver embossed script from the wedding crafter, who were excellent!

Father's day card
Not blogged for a while, busy doing wedding invitations for a friend! I have made a father's day card for my father in law who loves fishing! I have used Clare Curd's Signature range for men, using paper piecing and then coloured the image with copic pens and polychromos pencils. I have also added a touch of bling with some green stickles for the fish and added a peel off to the front and a stamped sentiment to the inside! Haven't done this for a challenge, just for fun! Looking forward to getting back to following challenges soon as I enjoy the inspiration! Until then, thanks for looking!

40th card
Another post for today, I have made this card for my hubbie for his birthday, he loves to fish, so, I have created this tri-fold card using some free papers from a craft mag, (fishy theme!) and have used some cardstock to create some pole floats, I have also used a daisy & dandelion fishing embellishment, and the 40 was cut out on the cricut! I just hope he likes it! Thanks for looking!!
Gift bag
I haven't posted for a bit, having had a hectic weekend working. I have made this one just for fun, for a friends birthday, I got the instructions here I used a stamped background, with some ribbons and brads from stash, then I used a Miss Anya stamp, coloured with polychromos pencils. The tags are stamped and then cut out! I am quite pleased with the way it turned out, although it did take a while getting my head round the folding bit!! Thanks for looking!
